Là một trong hai đại lý ô tô Honda tại Nam Định và là một trong bốn đại lý ô tô đầu tiên của Honda Việt Nam,đại lý Honda ô tô Nam Định – Lộc Vượng đã đáp ứng đầy đủ điều kiện về cơ sở vật chất,trang thiết bị cũng như quy trình hoạt động của Honda Việt Nam,và đang khẳng định được sức cạnh tranh trên thị trường ô tô Việt Nam.
Đại lý Honda Ôtô Nam Định – Lộc Vượng hoạt động từ cuối tháng 8/2006 đã thực sự trở thành địa chỉ tin cậy cho nhiều khách hàng không chỉ tại Nam Định mà cả các tỉnh phía Bắc. Sau 10 tháng, hơn 800 xe được tiêu thụ trong đó riêng 6 tháng đầu năm 2007 đã có 530 xe Honda Civic được giao tới khách hàng. Một trong những yếu tố quan trọng thúc đẩy doanh số bán hàng của Honda Ôtô Nam Định – Lộc Vượng nhằm thỏa mãn khách hàng.
Bên cạnh đó, dịch vụ sau bán hàng được Honda Ôtô Nam Định – Lộc Vượng xác định là nhiệm vụ thiết yếu ngay từ khi mới thành lập với nhiều hoạt động như tặng hoa, chụp ảnh cho các khách hàng mua xe hay thường xuyên gửi thư, gọi điện thăm hỏi tình trạng xe của khách hàng. Đại lí sẽ chủ động đặt lịch hẹn khách đến bảo hành, bảo dưỡng cho xe. Số lượng khách hàng bảo hành tại đây bình quân 500 lượt xe/tháng. Đại lý cũng đầu tư cơ sở vật chất cho showroom, khu chờ của khách hàng để tạo sự thoải mái cho khách hàng khi đến mua xe và làm dịch vụ.
Không những thúc đẩy các hoạt động kinh doanh, Honda Ôtô Nam Định – Lộc Vượng còn rất quan tâm đến đội ngũ cán bộ công nhân viên đại lý những người đại diện mang chất lượng dịch vụ đến với khách hàng. Ngoài việc đào tạo họ những kĩ năng tiếp xúc và chăm sóc khách hàng qua các khóa tập huấn của Honda Việt Nam, Honda Ôtô Nam Định – Lộc Vượng cũng chú trọng đến cả đời sống vật chất và tinh thần của nhân viên với nhiều hoạt động bổ ích như: tổ chức giao lưu bóng đá, tổ chức các chuyến tham quan chùa Hương, Cửa Lò…

Aw, this was an extremely nice post. Finding the time and actual effort to produce a good article… but what can I say… I hesitate a lot and don’t seem to get anything done.
Right now it sounds like WordPress is the top blogging platform available right now. (from what I’ve read) Is that what you’re using on your blog?
